IBIS Introduction
IBIS is a technology company established in 1998. We develop Internet and Intranet solutions using the latest hardware and software technologies for customers from all over the world. Combining quality know-how and technical background, our company ensures the ideal conditions for achieving a premiere position on the Internet and Intranet technology markets. Our company aims to build a strong position and we are determined to make our name synonymous with professionalism, creativity, and reliability. We have 4 offices in Europe (in the Czech Republic) and in the United States (in Florida).
Our skills include, but not limited to, ASP, VB, VC++, Java, Cold Fusion, WAP, COM, MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Access, Perl, PHP, Flash, Director, html, jscript, x.509v3. We support Microsoft, Oracle, Linux, and Palm platforms.
Our company concentrates on creation of various information systems, e-commerce solutions, and mobile WAP solutions; we are also experienced in banking services. We have developed our own fully modular banking information system Ramess 2000 running in 15 financial institutions in the Czech Republic. Its parts are also advanced Internetbanking and Phonebanking interfaces fulfilling the highest security standards (cerificates X.509v3, 128-bit cryptography, digital signature) and enabling the integration and connection to other bank systems.
We have also experience with the administration and management of distributed information systems. In the years of 1995 till 1998, our employees participated in the project of The Ministry of Education for collecting distributed statistical information via the Internet. In our projects we often connect IS supplied by us to the external environment. For these purposes we use the communication by means of XML as well as a highly effective connection via native data pumps (as well MS SQL as Oracle).
We have provided several clients with complex outsourcing including IT development, support, marketing and production of advertising materials both in paper and electronic version. Our services start with an elaborate project plan followed by development, testing, installation, user training, and technical support including the possibility of changes and upgrades. As to the development, we recommend gradual issuance of prototypes so that you can comment on them.
We are much skilled in user interface (UI) development, e.g. for desktop applications, web applications, PDAs - Palm Pilots ( a wireless connection of Palm II to information system for doctors), Win CE & Pocket PCs, as well as AvantGO versions of webs. IBIS also provides complete solutions for web pages development, maintenance, and hosting.

Project B2Park - Portal
Development of a portal project with e-commerce capabilities:
It contains information about a large number of companies all over the world. These companies can build their own virtual shops and catalogs.
Users can make use of discussion boards, e-mail services, WAP interface and time management functions.

Scandinavian Airlines – Web Site
Creation of layouts of www pages for the Czech branch of Scandinavian Airlines. User interface analyse.

Netoy.com – Virtual Shop
Development of an online virtual toy store:
This is a very dynamic website with flash animations and menus connected to a database. It also contains an on-line tracking system for UPS orders. The whole site can be personalized. Test interface can be seen at http://www.netoy.com/newsite/html
A version with flash menu instead of html one is all but finished. This menu can interactively communicate with the html page and display various animations on the basis of user actions. We have created also a comprehensive web-based admin interface. It allows total control over website content. Web interface works in two modes – html only (we use DHTML for animations) and flash/html mode with extensive flash animations.
Africa Today - On-line Magazine
This electronic version of the magazine Africa Today offers great information and news about African affairs. We have developed website (both programming & design), admin interface, and QuarkXpress upload facility.

E-card for Santia Company
Santia is a company offering various consultations in the area of media and marketing. It arranges trainings for managers, financial advisers, and business advisers of major Czech banks, during which this E-card is used – it holds their tutorial.

Project ANUBIS
Development of the biggest Czech business portal project with e-commerce capabilities. It contains information about a large number of companies in the Czech Republic. These companies can build their own virtual shops and catalogues. Clients can make use of discussion boards, e-mail services, WAP interface for shops, e-mail, and for searching, and other services. Anubis supports web farms and skin technology (user can choose among several different user interfaces).

Mighty Accorn PWA Project
For this US company we have implemented an UI analysis so that it is well arranged and the users can orientate themselves in it well. We have already completed a complex study on a backend system with a view to an Open Source solution based on JAVA technologies.
PWA system will integrate several external web site services into one web page. This web page will offer services of MA partners. Important thing is that PWA will be able to read data from external provider no matter if its web interface cooperates with our software or not. The data read from the external provider are displayed to user of our web site. User's requests are transferred to external provider back. So we can talk about two-directions communication.
We have finished analysis of this project. A result of our analysis is a document (up to 100 pages) covering all system features, flow charts, and system architecture and marketing study. This document is designed for nonexperienced user of information technologies, that's why the chapters go step by step through all system. There are also technical chapters aimed to build solid technical base before start of implementation.
We have produced a prototype that simulates external provider and PWA system to demonstrate how the functional core will work. The second demonstration we have created is a demo application. Demo application demonstrates rich user interface of main part of the system.
MIG International
We have created a study on the usage of a 3D object in the area of fashion, modeling of human body, face, and hairdo, and the following trying on clothes using the created model.

Eckerd & Procter&Gamble USA E-card
A pilot project is in the phase of realization. They will have a sweepstake in stores where customers will receive an E-card with different products that they purchase and the card will direct them to Eckerd site to buy new Vidal Sassoon shampoo products and register for a sweepstake. Their e-card is connected to Internet interface. www.eckerd.com
Miss Czech Republic 2000 E-card
We have created an e-card for Miss Czech Republic 2000 Michaela Salacova. This e-card will be used as the most important part of her presentation during Miss World competition.
